I think Busted Tees' "McCain 1908" shirt is the best one out there. And that's remarkable since, as you said, most of the shirts being dreamt up and printed are Obama shirts.

Speaking of shirts, I am starting a new t-shirt company called Rizzo Tees. Would you mind if I send you an email invitation and a 20%-off coupon code when my site is up? (which should be in just a few weeks). Busted, Snorg, Threadless, all have great shirts, and I think you'll like some of my stuff too.

Just let me know, thanks!

Peace,
Rizzo

The trick is to work on a major campaign in a battleground state - all kinds of vendors come to the office giving us t-shirts and crap in hopes that we will wear them and show them to volunteers.

Being a living promotional display (minus -)
Getting all kinds of political shirts free (plus +)
But not having to wash a single t-shirt in over a month (priceless!)
